"Made very welcome"

Called in initially for a quick drink and made very welcome. Looked at the menu and decided to book for Sunday meal the following day. On the Sunday we ate in the restaurant area which was lovely and followed it up with a drink in the bar. The Sunday roast was lovely and being able to select a duo meat feast made it better still. Very nicely presented and accompanying vegetables cooked to perfection. We will certainly be back.

Stopped of here for a drink yesterday afternoon. Lovely clean pub and the staff were great! It’s been a while since I’ve been and the new management appear very promising, can’t wait to visit again. They’ve just had the car park re-marked and had a change around of the outside area as well, which definitely helps with the atmosphere outside. I’ll be back soon enough!

"Cinnamon Hot Chocolate was lovely!"

Beautiful cosy, country pub in Braithwaite Village. Wooden beams, open fire and gorgeously decorated for Christmas. Whilst my menfolk had a beer, I had a Cinnamon Hot Chocolate and it was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back when I'm next in the area.
